Multiboiler: Total Customization:
The heart of Aurora is its multiboiler system, which allows you to control the temperature of each brewing group independently. This feature allows the barista to prepare different coffees with different blends, optimizing extraction for each type of coffee and satisfying the tastes of each customer. Temperature programming to the tenth of a degree and PID control via probes ensure absolute precision, for a consistently perfect coffee.

- Soft Infusion (FLANGED VOLUMETRIC 2/3 PUMPS VERSION): Coffee extraction occurs via soft infusion, a process that enhances coffee aromas and ensures uniform extraction.
- PID Control: PID temperature control, with display to the tenth of a degree, ensures maximum thermal stability.
- Independent Brewing Groups: The two/three independent brewing groups, each with its own 1-liter boiler, allow you to prepare different coffees simultaneously.
- Electro-mechanical Lever Switches: 2/3 electro-mechanical lever switches with two independent doses for classic and precise extraction control.
- Steam/Hot Water Boiler: The 12-liter (8 liter for 2groups version) boiler for steam and hot water guarantees constant power and optimal steam management.
- External Flanged Volumetric Motor Pump: The external motor pump ensures constant pressure and impeccable delivery.
